🛒 Orders & Shopping
How do I place an order? Simply browse our products, select your item and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase. It takes less than 2 minutes.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly so please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Email us at [your email] and we'll do our best to help. Once dispatched we're unable to make changes.
Is it safe to pay on your website? Yes — completely. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never store your card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Shop Pay.
Do I need an account to order? No — you can checkout as a guest. However creating an account lets you track your orders and reorder easily.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost? We offer free shipping on all orders.
How long does delivery take? Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. We're working on faster shipping options — sign up to our email list to be notified when express delivery launches.
Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship within the UK. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our email list to be notified when your country becomes available.
How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery at any time.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do? If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days please contact us at [your email] with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, contact us and we'll arrange a return or exchange.
How do I return an item? Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
How long do refunds take? Once we receive your returned item we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What if my item arrives damaged? If your item arrives damaged or faulty please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Do I pay for return shipping? If the item is faulty or we made an error — we cover return shipping. If you're returning due to a change of mind — return shipping is at your cost.
😴 Deep Rest Sleep Mask
What material is the sleep mask made from? Our Deep Rest Sleep Mask is made from 100% Mulberry Silk — the highest quality silk available. It's naturally hypoallergenic, temperature regulating and incredibly gentle on skin.
Will it stay on all night? Yes — the adjustable elastic strap is designed to stay secure throughout the night without being tight or uncomfortable. It works for all head sizes and sleep positions including side sleepers.
Does it completely block out light? Yes — the mask is designed for 100% blackout. The contoured shape ensures no light leaks through the sides or under the nose bridge.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin? Yes — Mulberry silk is naturally hypoallergenic and won't irritate sensitive skin. It's also gentle enough to wear around the delicate eye area without causing creases or marks.
How do I clean it? Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent. Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or iron.
What colours are available? The Deep Rest Sleep Mask is available in 8 colours — Black, Beige, Pink, Light Gray, Light Blue, Navy Blue, Dark Blue and Red.
🌱 Release Acupressure Mat
Does the acupressure mat hurt? The first 1–3 minutes can feel intense, especially if you're new to acupressure. This sensation quickly transforms into warmth and deep relaxation as your body responds to the pressure points. Most people find it deeply relaxing after the initial adjustment.
How long should I use it for? Start with 10 minutes and build up to 20 minutes per session. Once or twice daily is ideal — morning to energise or evening to decompress before sleep.
What body parts can I use it on? The mat works brilliantly on your back, neck, shoulders, feet and legs. The included neck pillow is specifically designed for cervical spine relief.
How quickly will I feel results? Most people notice reduced tension and improved relaxation from their very first session. Sleep quality improvements are typically noticed within 3–7 days of regular use.
Is it safe for everyone? The acupressure mat is safe for most healthy adults. We do not recommend use during pregnancy, on broken or irritated skin, or if you have a blood clotting disorder. Consult your GP if you have any concerns.
How do I clean it? Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air dry completely before storing. Do not machine wash.

How does red light therapy work? Our Red Light Panel emits 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light. These specific wavelengths penetrate your skin and stimulate your mitochondria — the energy producers in your cells. This triggers natural processes including collagen production, reduced inflammation and cellular repair.
How far away should I sit from the panel? Position the panel 1–2 feet (30–60cm) from the area you're treating. This is the optimal distance for therapeutic irradiance.
How long should each session be? 10–20 minutes per session is ideal. You can use it once or twice daily — morning for an energising boost or evening as part of your wind-down ritual.
When will I see results? Skin improvements such as reduced redness and improved tone are typically noticeable within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. Recovery and sleep benefits are often felt much sooner.
Is red light therapy safe? Yes — red light therapy is non-invasive, drug-free and has an excellent safety profile backed by decades of clinical research. The panel includes protective eyewear as a precaution — we recommend wearing these during sessions.
Can I use it on my face? Yes — the 660nm wavelength is specifically beneficial for skin repair, collagen production and anti-ageing. Many customers use it as part of their skincare routine.
What's included with the panel? The panel comes with a hanging kit, power cord, protective eyeshade and user manual.

Do I need to use all three products together? No — each product works powerfully on its own. However using all three as the 20-minute evening protocol gives you the best combined results as they work synergistically.
