We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.


⏱ Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed and a second email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery at any time.

If you have not received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order please check your spam folder first, then contact us at  and we will look into it immediately.


🌍 International Shipping

Auraveila ships to over 30 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.


⚠️ Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes please contact us:

  • UK orders — not arrived within 12 business days
  • International orders — not arrived within 25 business days

Email us at Service.auraveila@outlook.com with your order number and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that occasional delays can occur during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and Bank Holidays. We appreciate your patience during these times.


📦 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Auraveila cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order please contact us at Service.auraveila@outlook.com within 2 hours and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.


📬 Multiple Items

If you order multiple items they will be dispatched together where possible. In some cases items may be shipped separately — you will receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel if this occurs.
