Your body carries more stress than you realise. This is how you let it go.
After a long day of sitting, screen time and mental load — your muscles hold tension your mind has already forgotten about. The Auraveila Release Acupressure Mat uses thousands of precisely positioned pressure points to trigger your body's natural relaxation response. No appointment. No commute. Just lie down and let it work.
Most people try to relax mentally — without ever releasing the physical tension underneath. The mat addresses that directly, giving your nervous system the signal it needs to genuinely switch off.
How it works
The mat's 5,000+ precision pressure points stimulate blood flow and trigger the release of endorphins and oxytocin — your body's natural painkillers and relaxation hormones. Within minutes you'll feel a warm, tingling sensation as tension begins to dissolve from your back, neck and shoulders.
The acupressure pillow targets the neck and cervical spine specifically — the area where most desk workers and phone users carry the most tension.

Your 20-minute evening protocol
- Lay the mat on a flat surface — floor or bed
- Slowly lower your back onto the mat (use a thin t-shirt your first few times if needed)
- Position the neck pillow under your cervical spine
- Breathe deeply and let your body relax into the points
- Stay for 15–20 minutes — breathe, listen to calm audio or simply rest
- Remove the mat and notice how different your body feels
First-time note: The first 2–3 minutes can feel intense as your body adjusts. This is completely normal and passes quickly as circulation increases and muscles begin to release.

Frequently asked questions
Does it hurt?
The first 1–3 minutes can feel intense, especially if you're new to acupressure. This sensation quickly turns into warmth and deep relaxation as your body responds. Wearing a thin t-shirt your first few sessions can help ease you in.
How long should I use it?
Start with 10 minutes and build up to 20 minutes per session. Once or twice daily is ideal — many customers use it in the evening before bed as part of their wind-down ritual.
Can I use it on other parts of my body?
Yes — it works brilliantly on feet, legs, neck and shoulders too. Simply position the mat where you need relief most.
Is it safe?
Yes — suitable for most adults. Not recommended during pregnancy or for those with open skin conditions, wounds or blood clotting disorders. Consult your GP if you're unsure.
How is this different from a foam roller?
A foam roller works mechanically — you have to actively roll. The acupressure mat works passively — you simply lie still and the pressure points do the work. It reaches deeper layers of the nervous system that rolling doesn't address.
When is the best time to use it?
Most customers use it in the 20–30 minutes before bed. The relaxation response it triggers makes falling asleep noticeably easier. It can also be used after workouts or during the day to relieve desk tension.
